Gazpacho
- In large bowl, combine tomato juice, tomatoes, green pepper, cucumber, celery, green onions, vinegar, olive oil, parsley, garlic and salt.
- Cover; refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
- Season with pepper or hot pepper sauce to taste (if using).
- Serve cold.
