Ingredients

  • 8 oz burrata cheese
  • ¼ cup basil pesto
  • 1 tbsp Filippo Berio Extra Virgin Olive Oil (plus more for finishing)
  • 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 small garlic clove, finely minced (optional)
  • Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
  • 1 baguette or rustic Italian bread, sliced
  • Directions

    • Place burrata in a shallow bowl and gently break open the center.
    • Mix pesto, olive oil, Parmesan and garlic, then spoon over the burrata.
    • Drizzle with extra olive oil, sprinkle with black pepper and add optional toppings (pine nuts, basil).
    • Brush bread slices with olive oil and grill or toast until golden.
    • Serve the dip with warm grilled bread for dipping.
