Ingredients

  • 2 oz tequila blanco
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1 oz mango puree (fresh or frozen, blended smooth)
  • ½ oz orange liqueur (Cointreau or other triple sec)
  • ½ tsp Filippo Berio Extra Virgin Olive Oil (mild or fruity)
  • ½ tsp agave syrup (optional, depending on mango sweetness)
  • Ice
  • Salt or Tajín for rimming the glass (optional)
  • Lime wedge or mango slice for garnish
  • Directions

    1. Optional: Rim the glass with lime and salt or Tajín.
    2. Fill the glass with ice.
    3. In a shaker, combine tequila, lime juice, mango puree, orange liqueur, olive oil and agave syrup.
    4. Add ice and shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds.
    5. Strain into the prepared glass over fresh ice.
    6. Garnish with a lime wedge or a small mango slice.
