RECIPE INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz tequila blanco
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- 1 oz mango puree (fresh or frozen, blended smooth)
- ½ oz orange liqueur (Cointreau or other triple sec)
- ½ tsp Filippo Berio Extra Virgin Olive Oil (mild or fruity)
- ½ tsp agave syrup (optional, depending on mango sweetness)
- Ice
- Salt or Tajín for rimming the glass (optional)
- Lime wedge or mango slice for garnish
RECIPE DIRECTIONS
- Optional: Rim the glass with lime and salt or Tajín.
- Fill the glass with ice.
- In a shaker, combine tequila, lime juice, mango puree, orange liqueur, olive oil and agave syrup.
- Add ice and shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds.
- Strain into the prepared glass over fresh ice.
- Garnish with a lime wedge or a small mango slice.
