Ingredients

  • 1 slice sourdough bread, toasted
  • 2 tbsp hummus
  • 2 tbsp roasted red peppers, sliced
  • 1 tbsp whipped feta
  • 4–5 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ½ avocado, smashed
  • ½ tsp za’atar
  • 1 tsp Filippo Berio Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Directions

    1. Spread hummus over toasted bread.
    2. Add roasted red peppers, a spoonful of whipped feta and cherry tomatoes.
    3. Add a small scoop of smashed avocado and sprinkle with za’atar.
