  • ¼ cup fresh mozzarella pearls (or diced fresh mozzarella)
  • 4-5 fresh basil leaves, torn
  • 1 tbsp Filippo Berio Regular Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Filippo Berio balsamic glaze
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp toasted pine nuts (optional, for added crunch)
