  • 25 Mediterranean-style olives, pitted and finely chopped
  • 1 1/2 tbsp capers, drained and finely chopped
  • 4 tbsp Filippo Berio Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp fresh garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp anchovy paste
  • Freshly ground pepper
    • In small bowl, mix together olives, capers, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, anchovy paste, and pepper to taste.

      Tip: Serve in a small serving bowl surrounded by an assortment of crackers.
