- 25 Mediterranean-style olives, pitted and finely chopped
- 1 1/2 tbsp capers, drained and finely chopped
- 4 tbsp Filippo Berio Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp fresh garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp anchovy paste
- Freshly ground pepper
In small bowl, mix together olives, capers, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, anchovy paste, and pepper to taste.
Tip: Serve in a small serving bowl surrounded by an assortment of crackers.
