French Salad Dressing

Servings: 1/2 Cup
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
  • 1/4 tsp dried salad seasoning
  • 1/4 cup Filippo Berio Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup Filippo Berio White Wine Vinegar or lemon juice
    • In small bowl, combine garlic, salt, mustard, pepper and salad seasoning. Whisk in olive oil and vinegar until thoroughly mixed. Shake well before using.


      Tip: Dressing can be refrigerated in tightly covered container for up to 1 week.
