  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 red onion
  • Vinaigrette made from Filippo Berio's Balsamic Vinegar and Olive Oil
  • - 3 tablespoons Filippo Berio Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • - 1 tablespoon Filippo Berio Balsamic Vinegar
  • - 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • - 1 clove garlic, minced
  • - 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
  • - Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil
  • Directions

    1. Combine ingredients
    2. Toss with vinaigrette
