Spinach, Orange, Avocado, and Red Onion Salad

  • 1 bag (6 oz) baby spinach leaves
  • 2 navel oranges, peeled and sectioned
  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 small red onion, sliced
  • 2 tbsp Filippo Berio Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground pepper
      • In serving bowl, combine spinach, oranges, avocado and red onion. Drizzle with olive oil; sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
      • Toss gently; using back of spoon, press some of the oranges to release juice.
