Spinach, Orange, Avocado, and Red Onion Salad
- In serving bowl, combine spinach, oranges, avocado and red onion. Drizzle with olive oil; sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
- Toss gently; using back of spoon, press some of the oranges to release juice.
