Citrus Marinade

Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup Filippo Berio Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh gingerroot
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (or 1 tsp dried)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper or paprika
    • In small bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, lime juice, ginger, parsley, salt and pepper. Can be refrigerated for up to 1 day.

      Tip:

      This marinade makes enough to marinate 1 lb of chicken or seafood.
