Lemon Olive Oil Sauce

Extra Virgin
  • 2 large lemons
  • 1/2 cup Filippo Berio Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup hot water
  • 1 clove chopped garlic
  • 2 Tbs. chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano
  • Salt
  • Pepper
    • Combine the juice of 2 large lemons, 1/2 cup Filippo Berio Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1/4 cup hot water, 1 clove chopped garlic, 2 Tbs. chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley, and 1 tsp. dried oregano in a medium bowl and whisk until blended. Add salt and pepper to taste. Keep refrigerated and use to baste grilled fish, meat, or poultry.
