Homemade Tortilla Strips

Here’s an easy way to add crunchiness to your salad: Homemade tortilla strips. Simply cut 2 or 3 tortillas into 1⁄2-inch wide strips, then toss with 2 tbsp Filippo Berio olive oil. Season with salt to taste.
Bake tortilla strips at 425°F for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Sprinkle your homemade tortilla strips over the salad and serve with lime wedges.
