RECIPE INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup Filippo Berio Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 3 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
  • 4 cups packed fresh parsley, stems removed
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 tomatoes, thinly sliced

RECIPE DIRECTIONS

    • In large bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper. Add parsley and Parmesan; stir well.
    • Add tomatoes and toss gently until well coated.
