Sugar Snap Peas with Basil

RECIPE INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tbsp Filippo Berio Extra Light Olive Oil
  • 1 1/2 lb sugar snap peas
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup packed fresh basil, thinly sliced

RECIPE DIRECTIONS

    In large sauté pan, heat oil over high heat. Stir in peas and salt; sauté for 1 to 2 minutes or until peas are bright green and tender-crisp. Sprinkle with basil.
