RECIPE INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup milk (dairy or oat milk works best)
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder (or 1 oz dark chocolate, chopped)
  • 1–2 tsp sugar or honey (to taste)
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp Filippo Berio Extra Virgin Olive Oil (plus more for finishing, optional)
  • 1 tsp vanilla

RECIPE DIRECTIONS

    1. Heat milk gently in a saucepan (don’t boil).
    2. Whisk in cocoa powder, sugar and salt until smooth.
    3. Remove from heat and whisk in olive oil until glossy.
    4. Taste and adjust sweetness.
