RECIPE INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup milk (dairy or oat milk works best)
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder (or 1 oz dark chocolate, chopped)
- 1–2 tsp sugar or honey (to taste)
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tsp Filippo Berio Extra Virgin Olive Oil (plus more for finishing, optional)
- 1 tsp vanilla
RECIPE DIRECTIONS
- Heat milk gently in a saucepan (don’t boil).
- Whisk in cocoa powder, sugar and salt until smooth.
- Remove from heat and whisk in olive oil until glossy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness.
