Lemon and Lime Cream Dressing

RECIPE INGREDIENTS
- Finely grated peel and juice of 1 lime
- Finely grated peel and juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tsp granulated sugar
- 3 tbsp Filippo Berio Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup half-and-half cream
- Dash hot pepper sauce
- 2 shallots, finely chopped
- Salt
- Freshly ground pepper
RECIPE DIRECTIONS
In small bowl, combine lime peel and juice, lemon peel and juice, and sugar. Whisk in olive oil; gradually whisk in half-and-half cream and hot pepper sauce. Stir in shallots. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Tip: Dressing can be refrigerated in sealed container for 1 or 2 days.
