RECIPE INGREDIENTS

  • 4 large lemons, peeled and segmented
  • 1 1/4 tsp granulated sugar or honey
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Freshly ground pepper
  • 1/2 cup Filippo Berio Extra Virgin Olive Oil

RECIPE DIRECTIONS

    In food processor, combine lemon segments, sugar, salt and pepper to taste; pulse to coarse consistency. Pour in olive oil and process until mixture is almost smooth. Transfer to jar; store in refrigerator.
