RECIPE INGREDIENTS
- 4 large lemons, peeled and segmented
- 1 1/4 tsp granulated sugar or honey
- 1 tsp salt
- Freshly ground pepper
- 1/2 cup Filippo Berio Extra Virgin Olive Oil
RECIPE DIRECTIONS
In food processor, combine lemon segments, sugar, salt and pepper to taste; pulse to coarse consistency. Pour in olive oil and process until mixture is almost smooth. Transfer to jar; store in refrigerator.
