Italian Herb Chicken Tenders

RECIPE INGREDIENTS
- 3 tbsp Filippo Berio Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp minced fresh basil
- 1 tbsp minced fresh rosemary
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp fine sea salt
- Freshly ground pepper
- 1 lb chicken tenders (4- x 1 1/2-inches wide)
RECIPE DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Pour olive oil into 13- x 9-inch casserole dish; stir in basil, rosemary, oregano, garlic and red pepper flakes. Season with salt, and pepper to taste. Add chicken, turning to coat well.
- Bake, uncovered, for 10 to 12 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Serve hot.
