Green Beans and Plum Tomatoes

RECIPE INGREDIENTS
- 3 tbsp Filippo Berio Olive Oil
- 1 lb green beans
- 1 lb plum tomatoes, peeled, quartered and cored
- 2 large cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
RECIPE DIRECTIONS
- Heat oil in large sauté pan set over high heat.
- Sauté beans for 3 minutes or until just starting to brown.
- Stir in tomatoes, garlic and salt. Reduce heat to medium; cover and cook for 5 minutes or until the beans are tender.
