Green Beans and Plum Tomatoes

RECIPE INGREDIENTS

  • 3 tbsp Filippo Berio Olive Oil
  • 1 lb green beans
  • 1 lb plum tomatoes, peeled, quartered and cored
  • 2 large cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt

RECIPE DIRECTIONS

    • Heat oil in large sauté pan set over high heat.
    • Sauté beans for 3 minutes or until just starting to brown.
    • Stir in tomatoes, garlic and salt. Reduce heat to medium; cover and cook for 5 minutes or until the beans are tender.
