RECIPE INGREDIENTS

    • Aged gouda or sharp cheddar – 6–8 oz wedge
    • Goat cheese (rolled in herbs or cranberries) – 8 oz log
    • Prosciutto – 3–4 oz pack (thin sliced)
    • Smoked turkey or ham – 6–8 oz deli pack (sliced)
    • Fresh figs – 1 pint (~8–10 figs)
    • Red pears or Asian pears – 2–3 pears
    • Maple-glazed pecans or candied walnuts – 6 oz bag
    • Marcona almonds with rosemary – 6 oz tub
    • Pumpkin seeds (pepitas), lightly salted – 4–6 oz bag
    • Fig jam – 8–10 oz jar
    • Cranberry walnut bread (or any fall bread, even pumpkin) – 1 small loaf (12–16 oz)
    • Pumpkin seed crackers or rosemary crackers – 5–6 oz box

RECIPE DIRECTIONS

    1. Arrange all the ingredients on a cutting board.
    2. Olive Oil Dip: Serve a small dish of Filippo Berio Extra Virgin Olive Oil for dipping bread or crackers.
    3. Balsamic Drizzle: Use Filippo Berio Balsamic Glaze to drizzle over fresh figs, pear slices, and cheeses.
