- 1/4 cup Filippo Berio Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Filippo Berio White Wine Vinegar
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh gingerroot
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (or 1 tsp dried)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper or paprika
In small bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, lime juice, ginger, parsley, salt and pepper. Can be refrigerated for up to 1 day.
- This marinade makes enough to marinate 1 lb of chicken or seafood.
