RECIPE INGREDIENTS
- Dipping sauce
- 1 tsp Filippo Berio Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- ½ tsp balsamic vinegar
- Pinch of flaky sea salt
- Freshly cracked black pepper
- Plate ingredients
- 2 slices crusty bread or baguette, lightly toasted
- 2 slices prosciutto or salami
- 2 oz fresh mozzarella or burrata, sliced or torn
- 1 oz aged cheese (Parmesan, pecorino or fontina), bite-size pieces
- 4–5 marinated olives
- 4–5 cherry tomato halves
RECIPE DIRECTIONS
- Prepare the dipping sauce:
- Whisk together Filippo Berio Olive Oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper and optional herbs in a small bowl.
- Arrange the board:
- Place the dipping sauce in a small bowl at the center of a large platter or wooden board.
- Arrange the bread, cheeses, cured meats, olives and tomatoes around the bowl in visually appealing sections.
