RECIPE INGREDIENTS

  • Dipping sauce
    • 1 tsp Filippo Berio Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    • ½ tsp balsamic vinegar
    • Pinch of flaky sea salt
    • Freshly cracked black pepper
  • Plate ingredients
    • 2 slices crusty bread or baguette, lightly toasted
    • 2 slices prosciutto or salami
    • 2 oz fresh mozzarella or burrata, sliced or torn
    • 1 oz aged cheese (Parmesan, pecorino or fontina), bite-size pieces
    • 4–5 marinated olives
    • 4–5 cherry tomato halves

RECIPE DIRECTIONS

    • Prepare the dipping sauce:
      • Whisk together Filippo Berio Olive Oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper and optional herbs in a small bowl.
    • Arrange the board:
      • Place the dipping sauce in a small bowl at the center of a large platter or wooden board.
      • Arrange the bread, cheeses, cured meats, olives and tomatoes around the bowl in visually appealing sections.
