Marinade Musts

Whether you’re preparing meat or vegetables, it’s a good idea to separate your marinade into two portions. The unused portion may come in handy later.

Now, when it comes to meat, the longer you marinade... the more flavorful it will be. So make sure to store it in the refrigerator at 40 Fahrenheit or less to keep it out of out of the danger zone.

When it’s time to start cooking, be sure to throw away any used marinade that has been in contact with raw meat.
