Sweet Mustard Dressing

Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup Filippo Berio Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 4 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper
    • In small screw-top jar, combine olive oil, honey, white wine vinegar, mustard and balsamic vinegar. Shake vigorously until well blended. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Shake well before using.

      Tip:

      • Dressing can be refrigerated for up to 1 week.
