Herb Marinade

Extra Virgin
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/4 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/4 tsp dried marjoram
  • 3/4 cup Filippo Berio Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
    • In small bowl, mix together vinegar, garlic, Dijon mustard, parsley, thyme and marjoram. Whisk in olive oil and pepper.

      Tip:
      Use this marinade immediately; do not store. It’s great with chicken, fish, meat or vegetables.
