Fresh Citrus Fruit Salad

  • 3 blood and/or Valencia oranges, peeled and sliced
  • 1 grapefruit, peeled and sliced
  • 1/3 cup thinly sliced ripe olives
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup Filippo Berio Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Freshly ground pepper
    • Arrange slices of oranges and grapefruit on a serving platter; sprinkle with olives and garlic. Drizzle with olive oil. Season with pepper to taste.
